I am a very lucky person. I found my passion early in life. It is important for me to pass along the information that has served me so well.
Started playing guitar in 1958 at age 5.
Piano lessons 1960 to 1964.
Indiana University 1973 to 1978.
Professional musician since 1973.
Teaching since 1973.
Teaching full time in Dallas Texas since 1978.
CDs, VHS, and DVD versions of my lessons are available.
Students in all 50 states and around the world.
My favorite guitar players include Chet Atkins, Danny Gatton, Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, Les Paul, Jerry Reed, Joe Walsh, Duane Allman, Joe Perry, Buddy Guy, Billy Gibbons, James Burton, Nookie Edwards, Steve Cropper, Matt Murphy, and Chet Atkins again.
